Be on Weight Loss Track!

As we start thinking about weight loss, we come across diet plan or exercise plans on internet or magazine. What do we do then? We see and decide that we should lose weight. Sometimes luckily though we start losing weight, but we never finish the program and hence never achieve the set goal. Even if we have thought of losing those extra kilograms many times before, every time doesn't have to end the same way.

Look at the possible reasons why we often deviate from weight loss plan.

Too tired to exercise today :
How many times have you told yourself that you’re too tired to exercise today? You convince yourself by saying that you will start exercising from tomorrow for sure. And tomorrow never comes!!!
Expecting miracles while losing weight :
When our weighing scale does not show a significant change we get disappointed and lose hope. We often forget that it’s unrealistic to expect a weight loss overnight.
Unrealistic Goals or No Goals :
Setting an unrealistic goal ends you up being frustrated when you can’t achieve it. ‘Rome was not built in a single day’. So why we expect losing 10-20 kg to be lost in 15 days or even less. We need to have a realistic goal (gradual way) and a plan of action on how to achieve those goals.
Lack of progress Tracking :
Keeping a journal to write down and record the progress on periodic basis helps to keep motivation. Track your progress to pace-up or modulate your weight loss efforts.
No Expert Guidance :
An expert help who would supervise and motivate you is as important as right kind of exercise schedule.Personal trainer would motivate you, keeping you on track while ensuring best workout suitable for your body.
